What does "crown clean" mean?
Crown cleaning refers to the general pruning of a trees canopy. It involves deadwood removal, unnecessary growth removal, sucker growth removal, thinning interior growth, and the removal of crossing limbs. When we write "crown clean" on an estimate, it means we intend to thoroughly prune the tree.
What is a support cable, and why was it recommended on my estimate?
A support cable is a steel cable that is carefully installed in the tree's canopy between two co-dominant stems. The goal of a support cable is to reduce the likelihood of tree/branch failure. If there were safety concerns with your tree, a cable may have been recommended.
Do you haul all the brush and debris away as a part of the estimate?
Yes, unless otherwise specified, we always removal all the debris associated with our work. This is accomplished by processing limbs and wood through a wood chipper, and using heavy equipment to load logs, etc.
If my tree is in the backyard, and there is no access for trucks or equipment, can it still be removed or trimmed?
Yes, we can remove and trim any tree in any location regardless of whether or not a bucket truck can access it. We have certified Arborists and professional climbers who are able to perform removals and pruning without the use of aerial lifts. However, we do have bucket trucks for accessible trees.

We provide residential services in and around the Kansas City MO & KS areas. We cover the entire 435 loop from Olathe KS to Excelsior Springs MO, including: Platte City, Raytown, Liberty, Gladstone, Parkville, Grandview, Independence, KCK, KCMO, Overland Park, Leawood, Waldo, Prairie Village, Shawnee, MIssion, Lenexa, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Smithville, Kearney, Weston, North Kansas CIty, Sugar Creek, Platte Woods, North Kansas City, Roeland Park, etc. We cover the entirety of the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas.
In addition to residential work, we provide commercial services nationwide depending on the size of the contract. This includes municipalities, line work, right-of-way clearance, storm cleanup, and more.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
